Eligibility

• Neplese Citizen Who is above age of 18 and between 65 years with sound mind.
• The applicant should have a stable and sustainable source of Income. Income of Spouse one house Family Member of the application may also be included for this purpose, provided that they are guarantor / co – borrowerfor the loan.
• The UMI ( Uncomitted Monthly Income ) Should be 1.5 times of EMI ( Equated monthly installment ) of the applicant.
